Feldenkrais, Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis

I met Aimará about two months ago, She proposed me to take her pictures and I accepted immediately.

  I  did not know what discipline Aimará practised, 

What was Feldenkrais? what about Gyrotonic?

I made some research and I liked what I read,

 I really liked what she told me

and what I liked most were the sensations transmitted to me by Aimará.
